When initially researching into the type of body shapers I wanted to try and the effects I needed, one of my problem areas is by bottom. It’s big (that’s a given), but it’s not a perfect shape and I’m sure it starts at my hips! So I looked into body shapers for the bottom in the form of plus size panty girdles. For me a long leg panty girdle was the perfect solution as it would reshape my butt, keep my thighs neat and trim and keep my hips and bottom in proportion for a smooth curve.

There is a sensation a person experiences, one in which they feel as though they are floating outside of their body. This is what is called an out of body experience or OBE. This experience has been scientifically proven and happens most often when a person is near death.
The idea of perceiving your physical body from a sphere outside your body is called an astral projecion as well as an out of body experience.
This is not an occurrence that should be ignored or scoffed at. There have been too many different accounts by a variety of people that have experienced an OBE and were able to come back and tell people what was happening in the room around them as people worked to save them.
The term out of body experience started to be used in 1943, instead of the term ‘projection.’ The out of the body experience used to be termed as ‘spirit walking,’ which is a more belief centric term. It is important to note that scientists are still doing research on out of body experiences because they don’t consider it something that is imaginary.
About one person out of every 10 may have encountered such an experience sometime or the other in his life. The statistics for people who have experienced OBE are extremely large, so one cannot look at this experience with skepticism.
Some people have an OBE spontaneously, while for others it might be the result of physical or mental trauma, using psychotropic drugs or the body slipping into a comatose or trance-like state.
There are a plethora of websites on the net that promise a person astral travel and astral projection joys. Astral projection is not a difficult thing for one to do, as long as that person does it the right way. It is believed that astral projection is a natural process, a process that has been since ancient times by ancient people.

Unfortunately the generations of the ancients that are here today have forgotten about the art of astral projection. The good news is that out of body experiences do not require a high level of mental power or spiritual awareness or connectivity.
However, you do have to possess the ability to completely focus on just one point. If the conscious mind holds you back because it fears that if you project yourself from your body, you won’t be able to come back. It is this subconscious fear that will prevent you from experiencing astral travel and projection.
If you believe it’s possible for your astral body to leave your physical body, you should already be on the path toward success.
However for those that have even the slightest bit of doubt it is recommended that they not attempt to do any sort of out of the body experience.
After you silence your fears and know in your heart that you believe in the possibility, self-hypnosis and meditation will be needed to achieve a successful OBE. Have positive thoughts and tell yourself that you want an OBE. Once your mind takes control, you’ll be mentally receptive to a successful out of body experience.
To get started, locate a peaceful area where you won’t be disturbed. Lie down with your arms at your sides and allow your aura to harmonize Mother Nature. Breath deeply, focusing on completely relaxing your physical body in a manner that will allow your astral body to venture forth and explore the dimensions far beyond your mental and physical knowledge.
As your physical body relaxes your astral body will be able to move forward. You will notice a tingling sensation, allow this sensation. Make sure that you are pushing out any conscious thoughts you are having and just focus on your breathing.
Normally an out of body experience begins with vibrations and a rapid heartbeat. Allow these vibrations to completely engulf you. Make sure you remain calm. Don’t allow yourself to become over excited, but the vibrations take over your body, soul, and heart. Before long you find that you have left your physical body and are beginning an exciting astral journey.
Trust that your astral body is going to make it back to your body. A number of people that have had out of the body experiences state that their journey ended because of the sudden fear that their astral body was getting to far away from their physical body.
These people explain that their experiences were definitely not a dream and they were in an entirely different realm or sphere and undergoing experiences there. If you want to enter the exciting world of astral projection and astral travel, just remember that as long as you believe it’s possible you will be able to do it.

In terms of tummy control swimwear, Spanx offers a plethora of different styles, from figure elongating one pieces to bikinis to swim dresses. The details of each swimsuit, like tiers and ruching, are designed to mimic the appearance of designer swimwear on the runway. In a similar fashion, Miraclesuit offers a wide range of styles as well, from one piece swimsuits to tankinis. Each tummy control swimsuit is created from a customized blend of nylon, Lycra, and Spandex, and the interior of each swimsuit has a foam lining. In addition to the traditional selection of solid colors, Miraclesuit slimming swimwear is also featured in numerous fun patterns and colors, with one of their favorites being large floral prints. These swimsuits are ideal for creating the illusion of a bust line where one might not exist and are available for purchase from the manufacturer’s website, as well as other retail websites. Depending upon the swimsuit, most go for between .99 and 8.00.
From consumer reviews, women overwhelmingly preferred Spanx slimming swimsuits for their ability to tone and contour their bodies. The primary complaint against Spanx was the expensive price tag; however, many women felt as though the durability compensated for the price. On the other hand, Miraclesuit received numerous complaints regarding their durability. After being exposed to chlorine repeatedly, the suit’s construction began to disintegrate. Miraclesuit’s manufacturer stated that the problem had now been remedied with the use of a different fabric in their suits’ construction; however, women consumers were left leery of giving the company another chance. However, Miraclesuit swimsuits were highly praised for their ability to provide support to women who had amply sized breasts.

Rectangle – straight up and down with only gentle curves or none at all

Rectangle body shapes can be slim or fuller-figured. If you are a slim rectangle, concentrate on adding curves. It’s easy to give your bust a boost; simply wear a padded or push up bra. If you long for a more rounded bottom, why not try a pair of padded pants? You can now buy briefs with removable pads in the seat that give the appearance of a curvier behind. J-Lo eat your heart out! If you have a fuller figure that’s straight in outline, focus on shaping what you’ve got. You’re blessed with a body shape that many women long for, so you can’t go far wrong in the underwear department! As you have a large bust it’s vital you get the right support though. This means wearing the right bra size, so go and get measured or follow an on-line guide to do it yourself. To make even more of your curves try a corset or a corselet slip, after all, burlesque is back!
Strawberry
Like the slim rectangle, your secret is to try and soften that shape by adding curves. Push-up bras and padded briefs will create a more voluptuous outline if that is what you wish for. If you want to show off those shapely shoulders in strapless or halterneck tops then a multiway bra is an essential.

As I have always said plus size body shapers change the way we live and by we I mean we plus size girls!

It holds up my boobs proudly, tummy is tucked in, my waist is curvy and smooth, my back straight and supported and thighs are neatly packed in. When initially researching into the type of body shapers I wanted to try and the effects I needed, one of my problem areas is by bottom.
