Gluten intolerance, sometimes known as celiac disease, is an autoimmune disorder.  It begins as your body’s inability to process certain proteins but then evolves into a serious form of malnutrition.  

Early gluten intolerance symptoms include gas and bloating, especially after eating something with gluten in it. A little later, you develop constipation, fatigue and dizziness. The uncomfortable state of constipation is a common side effect too.   The further the disease progresses, you can suffer from severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, or headaches. 

Everyone is obviously different, so you could be in need of going gluten free and really not suffer much from these symptoms. The reaction is different with everyone Some people live long periods of their life without realizing they have gluten intolerance. Don’t mistake this for a mild from of celiac disease as they may have developed serious conditions as a result of a slow-developing and misunderstood malnutrition problem.

The most important thing for you to do if you have any intolerance to gluten at all is to completely eliminate gluten from your diet as quickly as possible.  This will take a lot of effort and self-education, but going on a gluten free diet can quickly help your overall health and start you down the path of living a more comfortable lifestyle.
